We have just returned from a fantastic holiday to Florida and the Bahamas, (myself and my husband). Our first 3 days were spent at the Drury Plaza Hotel - Disney Springs Area, we stayed there for 4 nights and the package included 3 day Disney tickets, this we booked through Jo Alcock - Wind Waves and Wands Vacations. The hotel was very modern, the room was spacious very clean and comfortable. On arrival the reception staff were very informative, they provided us with a lot of information about the hotel itself, our park tickets and the times of the park buses. They encouraged us to come back and ask any questions if we had any. The hotel provided breakfast and evening snacks, we had breakfast every morning, there was plenty to choose from and you could have as much as you wanted. We didn’t eat there in the evening. The buses to and from the parks ran every hour, they were always on time and the drivers were very friendly and welcoming. Before leaving the UK we had downloaded our park tickets to my phone, the hotel also provided credit card type tickets as well so it was good to have both methods just in case. The tickets on my phone worked perfectly and I used these the whole time we were there. Jo put together this package for us - 4 nights at the Drury Plaza and 3 day Disney tickets. Jo provided information and a quote beforehand to enable us to decide if this package was right for us. Once booked we received all the relevant information and Jo stressed that we could contact her anytime if we had any questions. Leading up to our departure Jo explained many aspects of how we could get the most out of our Disney experience i.e. how to use the park tickets, using the Disney app to book rides and experiences, which rides were LL / virtual queue etc, recommendations for the Disney restaurants and when we could book them in advance etc. She also provided details and options of getting from the airport to our hotel. All of this information was invaluable and really enabled us to make the most of our time in Disney. My favourite rides were Tron, Rise of the Resistance and Guardians of the Galaxy however we enjoyed all aspects of Disney. We would love to return in the future and would definitely book again through Jo - Wind Waves and Wands Vacations. Also many thanks to Jo who shared other Florida knowledge with us, we had a fantastic time and all of her suggestions of places to visit and places to stay were just perfect we enjoyed every moment.
