A bit about me
How I plan my trips
For as long as I can remember, I have always been passionate about travel! At age 11, my family had our first overseas vacation to Britain and then a few years later we went to Europe - visiting 8 countries in two weeks! I've since travelled back to Europe a number of times, various cruises in the Caribbean, explored the U.S., Malaysia, Singapore, and had an incredible 3 1/2 week honeymoon in Australia. As a family of four, we've enjoyed road trips to the east and west coasts of Canada and had an amazing time at Disney World and Universal last year.
We have discovered so many different cultures, enjoyed delicious foods and experiences. What we love most, is that these trips have given us time to connect and create lasting memories for our family.

Shauna suggested this tour to Ecuador as a possible vacation, based on our interest in exploring the Amazon region. The combination of time in Quito, on the Galápagos Islands and in the Amazon Valley proved to be a most enjoyable experience! The small group of 16 (coincidentally all fellow Canadians) worked extremely well, as we enjoyed each other’s company. Shauna worked with us through all the details of travelling in a tropical climate. She promptly researched and answered our many questions. She followed up after our return, and asked for any improvements that could have been made to enhance our experience. We will certainly use her again, and have already recommended her to others.
