A bit about me
How I plan my trips
Hi there! I’m Heather! I’m married to my Prince Charming and mother to three grown children. We are a blended family and we joined our families together on the steps of Italy Plaza in EPCOT, creating a moment we will always cherish. Our Disney Fairytale Wedding was unforgettable, filled with love and magic.
I was born with travel in my heart. My love for Disney started in childhood. In grade four, I wrote my first speech on the life of Walt Disney. I had no idea then how much it would shape my future. Every Sunday night, we watched the Wonderful World of Disney Movies. My first trip to Disney World was as a teenager, and sharing that magic with my children later on created some of our best family memories.
My life is filled with creating magic. When I am not creating magic for my travel clients, I work at my magical day job supporting the creation of magic and storytelling as an On-Set Medic in film and production - and yes, if you’re wondering I have worked with a Disney Production!
As an Annual Passholder at Walt Disney World, I've been immersed in the magic for years. I've visited Disneyland California and Paris, and I'm excited to explore Disneyland Tokyo and DisneySea at the end of the year.
I specialize in allergy travel. As a celiac foodie, I appreciate Disney’s dedication to food allergies. I've researched delicious allergy-safe foods and snacks—I've got you covered! I am also a Certified Autism Travel Agent through IBCCES and I hold my AODA certificate as well. I’m passionate about finding safe and inclusive travel options for all my clients.
Cruising is a passion of mine. I’ve cruised the Caribbean several times and look forward to sailing through Alaska at the end of the summer.
While Disney holds a special place in my heart, I love exploring the world’s diverse wonders. As your travel agent, I’m committed to creating unforgettable, tailored experiences. Let’s make your travel dreams come true, one magical journey at a time!
PS…ever GEOCACHED abroad? It’s addicting - if you’re curious I’ll show you how!

- Favourite Vacation Memory
- One of my favorite vacation memories isn't actually from Disney but from Universal Studios. It happened on the last day of our first family trip to Walt Disney World. We decided to surprise our kids, who were huge Harry Potter fans, by visiting the brand new Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios. We kept it a secret as we made our way through Islands of Adventure until we turned the corner and saw the entrance to Hogsmeade. My husband and I hung back and watched as our kids realized where they were. Their faces lit up with joy, and they squealed in excitement. It was a magical moment—we even shed a few tears. It felt like stepping right into the movie set itself
