Hi my name is Jen, I am a single mom to four amazing children, 3 young men and one perfect princess.

As a single mom I understand the importance of family time together and also the importance of planning the perfect vacation.

My passion for Disney began as a child and has become a deeper love as an adult. I experienced Walt Disney World for the first time in 2019 with my daughter, having made my dreams as well as hers come true, I could never have imagined how truly magical is was until seeing her face light up throughout the trip.

Since then I have visited the parks multiple times with all my kids, without kids, I have done all the parks with genie plus and without it.

Before becoming part of the travel industry I was a youth residential counsellor, dedicating my time to supporting and guiding troubled teens and helping them transition back into society.

The heartache and challenging stories however became to overwhelming which pushed to a career change to instead bring joy and happiness to families.

I keep up to date on all things Disney including news, promotions and events ensuring my clients receive the best possible advice and deals.

My goal as a TICO certified travel counsellor is to take all the stress out vacation planning for you and your family.
